Mrs. Amanda Possin, the former Amanda Krueger, 317-1/2 W. Third Street, Beaver Dam, passed away on Saturday, June 30, at Clearview Home, Juneau.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2:00 PM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church. Rev. Carl Peters will officiate at the services and burial will be in the North Burnett Cemetery.

The late Mrs. Possin was born in the town of Herman on December 23, 1880, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Moritz Krueger. She was married to Albert Possin in 1900, and resided in Beaver Dam most of her lifetime. She had been a patient at Clearview for the past two years.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Arthur Schellpfeffer, Oakfield; a grandson, Jerome Beier, Beaver Dam; and three great-granddaughters, and nieces and nephews. Preceding in death were her husband in 1942, one son, Herbert, and a daughter, Verna Winkleff.

Mrs. Possin was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid.

Friends may call at the Briese Company Funeral Home this evening and at the church after 11:00 AM Tuesday until the hour of services at 2:00 PM
