⁸ Jesse F. Krebs, 79 years 10 months and 23 days passed away June 18, 1941, at his home in Walton township. He was born July 26, 1861 in Ashland county, Ohio, the son of Christian and Elizabeth Krebs. He was married to Mary Ritchey on January 29, 1882. Burial was made in Bosworth cemetery.

Jesse F. Krebs, 79, died Wednesday at his home in Walton township, near Charlotte. He was born in Ashland county, Ohio, July 26, 1861, the son of Christian and Elizabeth Krebs, and had lived in Eaton county most of his life.

Surviving are the widow, Mary; tow sons, Fred E. of Charlotte, and Roy D. of Olivet; two daughters, Mrs. Cora Nichol of Holland, and Mrs. Cleone Hyatt of Charlotte, and Erastus of Olivet.

Funeral at the home at 2 Saturday. Burial in Bosworth cemetery, Walton township.
