General Notes:
Was not listed with her parents for the 1860 US Census when she would have been about 7 years old. Was she living elsewhere or was she just skipped?
Or was she the same person as Caroline Drugan, also born in the same year of 1851 or 1853?
If her birth date was 15 Apr 1853, then was she a twin to Loretta Drugan who was also born on 15 Apr 1853? Or were they from different families? --------------------------------
