NOTE - The indexing of this death record entitled "Minnesota, Death Records and Certificates, 1900-1955" contains some erroneous information, namely the "Event Place". Consider the fact that these death records are "Minnesota Death Records" it would seem unlikely that that "Event Place" would be Devils Lake, Sauk, Wisconsin. In fact, the home residence of Loretta M. Kelley at the time of her death was Devils Lake, Ramsey, North Dakota. The actual "Event Place" was Minneapolis, MN which is how it appears in the two previous death record citations.
