  General Notes:

Some researchers show a child born to Annie and Joseph Blakey that was named William W. Blakey. They are probably basing this on the fact that the 1900 US Census shows a son living with the couple. However, that son's birth date was given as being born in the year 1878 which was about 12 years before Annie and Joseph were married. Their marriage record shows that this was the second marriage for Joseph. Therefore, William W. Blakey was a son born to the first wife of Joseph Blakey and was not born to Annie.
