Ross Hightower was the son of Roscoe Edward Hightower, Sr and his wife, Eunice Sarah Swift. Ross was born and raised in Vinita, OK and was the assistant manager of the Safeway-Homeland store in Vinita for many years. He was very active in the community and loved by all who knew him. He was one of the most wonderful persons his family and friends ever knew.
