⁹ Eloise F. Bauerbach, 101, of Muscatine, died on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Carrington Place.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at the Faith United Church of Christ. Reverend Teressa Clark will officiate the service. Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.

There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to Faith United Church of Christ or the Musser Public Library.
The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Eloise was born on August 6, 1910, in Muscatine, the daughter of Benjamin E. and Susan Ida Wymer Sharer. In October of 1934, she was united in marriage to David A. Bauerbach in Fort Madison. He preceded her in death on October 16, 1993.

She graduated from Muscatine High School in 1929.

She worked at the Muscatine County Treasurers Office for five years before her marriage. She then helped in the family business, Graham Drug Store.

She was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ.

She loved her family, knitting, sewing, and all hand work.

Those left to honor her memory are one son, David A. Bauerbach and wife, Theresa, of Muscatine; one daughter, Lynn Molis and husband, William, of Madison, Wisconsin; three grandchildren, William Molis and wife, Dao, of Davenport, Steven John Molis and wife, Rebecca, of Round Rock, Texas, and Susan Molis of Irving, Texas; three great grandchildren Jennifer Molis and Benjamin Molis of Round Rock, Texas, and Christopher Molis of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother, Benjamin Sharer; one sister, Iris Schreurs; and her step-father, Ray Fisher.
