Elizabeth Darner married Jacob Beiser, the brother of Catherine Beiser. They purchased land in Middletown area and began their family. Their first children are baptized in the Reformed and Lutheran churches in Middletown. In about 1790 they began selling their properties and migrated with many other families to Virginia, now Hampshire County, West Virginia. For the last three children, no baptism records have been found so they possibly were born in West Virginia. They became the parents of that who line of West Virginia Beisers, of whom there are many today. They became prominent in the Church of the Brethren and the Bisers there remain so today.

Maria married John Jacob Biser, son of Jacob Beiser and Catherine Albaugh, in 1782 in Middletown, MD.¹ (John Jacob Biser was born on 15 June 1755 in , Philadelphia County, PA, died on 18 August 1823 in Mill Creek, VA ^{2 4} and was buried after 18 August 1823 in Beaver Run Cemetery, Hampshire, Virginia, United States.)
