Hattie R. Kirkpatrick, 93, 113 Victory Ave., widow of Russell Kirkpatrick, died Fri at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a former employee of Stewart's Department Store and a member of Broadway Christian Church and its Sunshine Class. She is survived by one sister, Judy Kupper, Hamilton Ohio; three grandchildren, Kirk Byars, Nicholasville, Irvin "Skip" Byars III, Lexington and Sharon Stephens, Winchester; seven great-grandchildren, Tina Banks, Tracy Cable and Mark, Allison and Ryan Byars, Lexington, Julia Shelburne, Mount Washington and Mike Byars, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Audrey Byars and Lillian House. Funeral services 10 AM Mon. at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home by Bro. John Byard. Burial in Lexington Cemetery. Friends may call 3-6 PM today.
