DROPPED DEAD
WM. BRYTE OF PRAIRIE CITY EXPIRES SUDDENLY
As Result of Heart Disease
Had Been in Good Health
Coroner's Inquest Held

William Bryte, an old resident of Prairie City, died very suddenly at that place this morning of what is supposed to have been an attack of heart disease. Coroner Dougherty has been summoned and will conduct an inquest. Mr. Bryte worked by the day at any job he could secure, and had been engaged to do some work for James Skean. He went to the barn and was consulting with Mrs. Skean relative to the work in hand when he suddenly collapsed and dropped to the ground. Mrs. Skean hurriedly gave the alarm and assistance was soon at hand and Dr. Betts summoned. It was found that he was beyond medical assistance, however, life being extinct. He had been apparently in good health and had made no complaint of heart trouble so far as known.

Deceased was 71 years of age and had lived at Prairie City for many years. He is survived by his wife, four daughters -Mrs. Cora Hall, Mrs. Hannah Derenzy, Mrs. Addie Bagley and Miss Eva -and one son, Bert.
