Funeral services for District A. Possin, 82, Good Thunder, who died Friday afternoon at Immanuel Unit, Mankato, where he had been a patient since Monday, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church here. The Rev. Herbert A. Schiefelbein will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery near Good Thunder. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. Sunday to 11a.m. Tuesday at Johnson-Boman Mortuary and at the church one hour before the service Tuesday. Mr. Possin was born on Feb. 14, 1887, in Rapidan Township and was married to the former Ida A. Peters on Dec. 8, 1915, in Good Thunder. They farmed in Rapidan Township until retiring in 1959 when they moved to Good Thunder. Survivors include his widow and sisters, Mrs. Louis Peters of Good Thunder and Miss Ida A. Possin of Mankato.
